We often would consider candidates with registered international trading companies who have relevant experience in oil and gas procurement services that are able to act on behalf of Baltic Alliance or intermediate between Baltic Alliance and a prospective oil purchaser for the purchase of crude oil and petroleum products in accordance with the company's standards.
The ideal candidate will have experience in supply chain and procurement with an emphasis on supporting Oil & Gas purchases in the Middle East, Europe, China, and Southeast Asia with the Ability to work independently from their respective countries or locations, meet deadlines and represent and explain the company's operations to prospective crude oil purchasers. You will lead strategic sourcing efforts with Oil and gas suppliers/ Purchasers, proficient in written and oral English, with excellent leadership and/or supervisory positions.

We offer a generous premium Commission on trial shipments and on 15% of the company's crude oil and petroleum products Export irrespective of whether it is a CIF, TTT, TTO, or an FOB transaction.
You’ll also participate in the company's Incentive Plan – a company-wide variable pay plan that provides individual incentive payouts based on corporate and individual performance.
Gross and net commissions are reviewed every year. Subject to individual performance ratings, authorized representatives can usually expect to receive an increase in their base commissions

To date, the Company has introduced and automated tendering and contractual procedures and is preparing to automate contract implementation monitoring. The ultimate goal of these measures is to establish a fully digital end-to-end procurement process.
