About Eduard Ginzburg

Eduard Ginzburg is an independent businessman with years of experience in the oil and gas industry. He plays a crucial role in setting the strategic direction, ensuring operational excellence, and driving the financial performance of Baltic Alliance. Eduard holds a Master of Science degree in petroleum engineering from the University of California and is a Certified Corporate Director from Harvard Business School (HBS).

As an accomplished energy executive, Eduard has decades of operations and management experience, including overseeing an international portfolio. He led the internal investigation of the Deepwater Horizon incident in 2010 and has worked for several trading companies across Europe, the United States, Kazakhstan, and Russia. In his career, he concluded hundreds of physical oil transactions, including spot contracts, short-term deals, long-term supply agreements, marketing deals, and spec transactions. He also played a key role in some of the largest private transactions in Russia.

Eduard's appointment at Baltic Alliance is a testament to the company's keenness to attract the highest levels of competencies. He holds a Global Executive MBA (GEMBA) degree from INSEAD Business School and has completed Senior Executive Leadership Program from Harvard Business School, along with executive leadership and management certificates from University of Oxford and IMD Business School.
