Heavy Fuel Oil/Mazut M100

Fuel oil as a residual petrochemical product is manufactured by the refineries and producers we work with and will continue to be an essential part of global energy demands. The company's Long-Term Strategy provides for consistent oil conversion rate increase at the Russian refineries that will inevitably result in either reduction or termination of fuel oil manufacturing.

We also import from Russia mazut (M100) for the use by thermal power stations and deliver it directly to the consumer’s designated location.

The two major routes for exporting crude oil are by pipeline and by oil tanker at sea. The Druzhba pipeline system carries oil to the EU, while the ESPO pipeline carries oil to China. The EU is connected by pipelines to Russian oil, but most of the imports into the Bloc are via oil tankers and ports. About 70% to 85% of imported crude oil from Russia is shipped from its western ports on the Baltic sea and the Black sea and in smaller volumes from its Artics terminals, while the remaining is directly delivered through the Druzhba pipeline.

Gasoil/Diesel

With so many big brands in our portfolio, we have an excellent track record in bulk diesel supply to tank farms, offering high-quality seaborne Diesel and gas oil exports to various sectors. Euro Diesel offered at Baltic Alliance is high-quality fuel that is completely in accordance with the European standard EN 590 and contains less than 10 ppm of sulfur, minimizing pollution.

Vessel-to-Vessel supply is also one of our core strengths. For clients seeking delivery to their vessels, we easily achieve that using equivalent or larger vessel capacity. Whatever specification you require, wherever the supply location is, we will meet and surpass your expectations. From 2015-2020, the company exported 4.817 million tons of gasoline and almost 35 million tons of diesel.

Jet Fuel/Aviation Kerosene

Kerosene is a type of aviation fuel that is based on refined petroleum. It is also known as jet fuel, aviation turbine fuel, or after. There are different grades of kerosene, such as Jet A, Jet A-1, Jet B, and JP-8, which have slightly different specifications and properties. They all share some common characteristics that make them suitable for airplane engines.

This type of fuel is composed of heavier chains of hydrocarbons, kerosene is less volatile than gasoline. Its higher flash point (100°F vs. -45°F for gasoline) means that it is safer to store or transport, which is of obvious importance in the aviation industry. Gasoline

Gasoline is a flammable liquid hydrocarbon mixture that is primarily used as a fuel in internal combustion engines. It is typically made from refining crude oil, and it can also be blended with other chemicals to improve its performance and reduce emissions. The specific composition of gasoline can vary depending on factors such as its source and intended use. Generally, gasoline contains hydrocarbons with 8 to 12 carbon atoms per molecule.

This fuel product is transported from refineries or distribution terminals to various locations such as gas stations, airports, and industrial facilities through different modes of transportation. Pipelines are a primary mode of transporting gasoline over long distances. Dedicated pipelines connect refineries we work with, storage terminals, and distribution centers, allowing for efficient and continuous delivery of gasoline to our customers in large volumes, quickly and cost-effectively. The company also uses Rail transport as another method for long-distance gasoline transportation to regions without direct access to pipelines. Furthermore, using this type of petrol enables better environmental protection by decreased emissions of exhaust gasses since it contains a maximum of 10 ppm of sulfur, in accordance with the European standards.

Naphtha

It is a flammable liquid similar to gasoline, but with a lower octane rating. Naphtha is primarily derived from crude oil through the refining process and is often used as a feedstock for various industrial applications. Its composition can vary depending on the source of crude oil and the refining process used. It typically contains hydrocarbons with 6 to 12 carbon atoms per molecule and can be classified into two main types based on its boiling point range: light naphtha and heavy naphtha. Light naphtha has a lower boiling point and is often used as a feedstock for petrochemical production, while heavy naphtha has a higher boiling point and is commonly used as a fuel in industrial applications.

Liquefied Petroleum Gas/Liquefied Natural Gas

LPG, also known as propane and butane, is a flammable hydrocarbon gas that is commonly used as a fuel for heating, cooking, and transportation. LPG purchased from Baltic Alliance is in full compliance with the European standard EN 589, which makes it ideal for your car and the environment. In comparison to other fuels, the main advantages of LPG are cost-effectiveness and environmental aspects. Usage of auto gas as an alternative fuel is on the rise as more and more customers recognize numerous advantages that it has over other fuels. LNG has a higher energy density compared to LPG. This means that a given volume of LNG contains more energy than the same volume of LPG. Consequently, LNG requires less storage space for the same energy content. This product is sourced from our Russian Producers and is Produced to the highest technological standards, Russia is one of the largest producers and exporters of LPG and LNG in the world with significant reserves of natural gas, which is a primary source of LPG and with a well-developed infrastructure for LPG/LNG production and export, It has access to major LPG/LNG export terminals and ports, including those situated in the Baltic Sea, the Black Sea, and the Far East. These facilities enable Baltic Alliance to efficiently transport the products to international markets.

Bitumen/Residual Fuel Oil

We can offer you solutions to a wide array of matters related to Petroleum Bitumen, ranging from guaranteed quality to significant cost reductions due to Direct Refinery Access, whether it is penetration grade, viscosity grade, or cutback bitumen shipped in drums, bulk containers, or poly bags, no matter your project scope, deadline, or budget, we have tools and solutions you can use to move forward with confidence. This product can be transported using various modes of transportation, including road, rail, and sea. The choice of transport mode depends on factors such as distance, infrastructure availability, cost, and customer requirements.

We use the best tanker trucks with insulated tanks and heating systems to maintain the bitumen's temperature, as it needs to be kept in a molten state for transportation. The trucks also have mechanisms for efficient loading and unloading of the bitumen.

Baltic Alliance supplies penetration grade bitumen with grades of 30/40, 40/50, 50/70, 60/70, 80/100, and 85/100. This type of bitumen is ideal for road construction and is known for its durability and resistance to temperature changes, we are also a high-quality and high-volume supplier of viscosity grade bitumen, which is a grade of bitumen that softens at high temperatures and hardens at lower temperatures, making it ideal as a paving grade and for asphalt pavements.

Bonny Light Crude Oil (BLCO)

Bonny Light is a light-sweet crude oil grade produced in Nigeria. It is an important benchmark crude for all West African crude production and particularly good gasoline yields, which has made it a popular crude for US and European refiners, particularly on the US East Coast, BLCO has low sulfur content by world standards, so it is in high demand for its low corrosive effects on refinery infrastructure and the low environmental impact of its byproducts. The sulfur content ranges between 0.14% and 0.16%. Bonny Light is considered a light sweet crude oil. "Light" refers to its low density and viscosity, while "sweet" indicates its low sulfur content. This combination makes it easier to refine into gasoline, diesel, and other high-value products. This type of crude oil has a high API gravity, typically ranging between 36 and 38 degrees. API gravity is a measure of the density of crude oil relative to water. Higher API gravity indicates lighter and less dense oil. BLCO is an important export commodity for Nigeria. It is one of the major crude oil grades produced in the country and is widely traded in the global oil market and is well-suited for refining into a range of petroleum products, including gasoline, diesel, jet fuel, and various petrochemical feedstocks. Its high-quality properties make it attractive to refineries worldwide.

Buying crude oil from Nigeria can be relatively straight forward if the crude oil buyer can buy crude oil from a reliable or genuine crude oil seller, mostly a company that has the ability to lift crude oil from the Nigerian National Petroleum Commission (NNPC) or a reputable crude oil brokerage firm (a company who brokers on behalf of a company with the ability to lift crude oil from the NNPC) from the OFF-OPEC market.
