Oman LNG and Baltic Alliance announced the signing of a Term Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA)
Oman LNG announced the signing of a Term Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) with Baltic Alliance, a leading energy and commodities company.
Under this agreement, Oman LNG will supply Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) to Baltic Alliance on a DES Flexible basis, with deliveries (800,000 metric tons per annum) from January 2026.
This partnership highlights Oman LNG’s strategic role as a key supplier of LNG, and its commitment to contributing to the stability and diversification of global energy supplies
For Baltic Alliance, this agreement enhances its capacity of meeting the evolving energy requirements of its customers worldwide.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, Mr. Hamed Al Naamany, Chief Executive Officer of Oman LNG, commented: “This agreement with Baltic Alliance reflects our agility and continuous adaptation to market dynamics.
