Baltic Alliance Establishes Baltic Nafta Trading House to Strengthen Marketing and Distribution
The Board of Directors of Baltic Alliance has approved the establishment of UAB Baltic Nafta Trading House, a new entity responsible for marketing Baltic Alliance’s Nafta products and acting as a trade agent for the parent company.
The Baltic Nafta Trading House will operate under a commercial representation contract with Baltic Alliance, ensuring a direct and reliable supply of high-quality refined products to customers in the Baltic states and neighboring markets.
The Trading House will serve as a direct and dependable channel for distributing Nafta’s products,” said Mikhail Brudno, Acting President and Chairman of the Board of Baltic Nafta. “Through this structure, we aim to strengthen our commercial operations and ensure consistent delivery of our refined products to our regional clients.”
The establishment of Baltic Nafta Trading House reflects Baltic Alliance’s commitment to operational excellence, market responsiveness, and the continued growth of its refined products business across the Baltic region.
