Baltic Alliance Expands Production of Ultra-Low Sulfur Diesel (EN590 10 PPM) to Strengthen Regional Supply

Baltic Alliance announced today that it has increased production of EN590 10 PPM ultra-low sulfur diesel, a fuel meeting the highest European quality standards for sulfur content. The upgrade enables the Company to supply cleaner, more environmentally friendly diesel across the Baltic states and neighboring markets, reinforcing its commitment to sustainability and regional energy security.

EN590 10 PPM diesel contains a maximum of 10 parts per million sulfur, aligning with European Union regulations and supporting lower emissions from transport and industrial sectors. The expansion of production reflects Baltic Alliance’s ongoing investment in advanced refining technology, which allows the Company to maximize high-quality product yields while maintaining operational efficiency.

“The increased production of EN590 10 PPM diesel demonstrates Baltic Alliance’s dedication to delivering fuels that meet the strictest environmental standards,” said Eduard Ginzburg, General Director of Baltic Alliance. “This initiative enhances the energy security of the region and supports our long-term sustainability objectives, providing customers with reliable access to cleaner transportation fuels.”

Baltic Alliance’s refinery operates at near-full capacity, ensuring a stable supply of EN590 10 PPM diesel to wholesale, industrial, and retail markets. The Company continues to explore additional opportunities to expand low-sulfur and renewable fuel production, contributing to a cleaner and more sustainable energy future in the Baltic region.
