Baltic Alliance and TotalEnergies Expand Strategic Cooperation Through Memorandum of Understanding

Baltic Alliance has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with TotalEnergies, one of Europe’s leading integrated energy companies, marking an important step toward strengthening cooperation in terminal operations, product storage solutions, and advanced energy logistics across the Baltic and wider European regions.

The MoU establishes a structured framework for collaboration between the two organizations, focusing on technical knowledge exchange, joint feasibility assessments, and the evaluation of potential investment initiatives in infrastructure and logistics assets. The agreement reflects a shared commitment to operational excellence, safety, and long-term value creation across the energy supply chain.

The MoU was signed during a formal meeting attended by senior representatives from both organizations. Baltic Alliance was represented by members of its Board of Directors and executive management, including Eric Maurice Liron- Chairman of the Board, Eduard Ginzburg- General Director. TotalEnergies was represented by senior executives responsible for trading, logistics, and infrastructure development within Europe, underscoring the strategic importance of the cooperation.

Under the terms of the agreement, the parties will explore opportunities related to:

Optimization and potential expansion of terminal and storage capacity

Enhanced logistics and supply chain efficiencies for petroleum and energy-related products

Joint evaluation of new infrastructure investments

Technical cooperation aligned with evolving regulatory, environmental, and operational standards

Speaking on the occasion, Eduard Ginzburg, General Director of Baltic Alliance, stated:
